Shawn Harper- Banjo -started playing the mandolin at the age of 8. He grew up picking and singing with his Pappy “Beanpole” Ed Efaw and has been on stage with Larry Efaw and the Bluegrass Mountaineers several times. Shawn is an incredible banjo player and also plays the guitar. He enjoys traditional bluegrass music and especially the Stanley Brothers. Shawn adds entertainment while he’s performing. Dan Thompson - Mandolin - learned guitar from his dad at the age of 12. At the age of 14, Dan taught himself to play mandolin by listening to cds. Some of the biggest influences on Dan and how he plays his mandolin were local musicians he watched play while attending different shows in Ohio such as Mitch Meadors, Larry Efaw, and Mike Stevens. When Dan is not playing music, he enjoys spending time with his lovely bride and his two beautiful children
Jiles Williams - Bass - started playing bass at the age of 6 yrs old started playing gospel music and then down the road became inspired to bluegrass music. Following his uncle Everett Lilly (Lilly brothers ) he later started playing rhythm guitar and formed band Muddy Krick and then played with Jimmy Haynes band now makes his place with Kyle Jarvis and IIrd Generation.
